Right my 94 marin eldridge frame is in the powdercoaters, and I have my new decals ready to go.
I assume I can slap the decals on with no prep to the new paint, other than maybe a wipe over with alcohol.
I had intended to put some clearcoat from a can over the newly fitted decals.
Any thoughts on this approach ??
Decals are I think NOS marin ones, rather than copies..
Cheers
Jerome

Painted a few bikes and have lacquered the stickers.
Not sure about powder coat, used bike ink paint.

Should answer your question better than I can, it would appear that paint type & baking temperatures make a difference.
