How do you tell if they are the titanium ones?
They are a dark silver colour.
Did have a set about 20 years ago and think they were stainless ones.

Not magnetic, but then stainless isn't either.
Been looking about and I think going by the colour they are titanuim.

Now... one thing, a stainless steel exhaust isn't magnetic but a stainless steel kitchen item is.

The weight and dark silver colour should definitely identify it as Ti...stainless is much brighter. A magnet should be very mildly attracted to Ti (depending on grade). Again depending on the grade of stainless, a magnet may react the same as not all stainless steels are totally non-magnetic.
