...I don't even have any photo's of myself from back in 'that' day :(

Let's face it, this was back when the only 'phone in the hall was fixed to the wall in the corridor leading to the bogs, and you had to shovel 2p's into it to make a call!

In fact the 'only' photo that does exist is one of my then 4-year-old daughter when she found my Gretsch kit set up in the spare room shortly before I sold it! There are none of my favorite Rogers kit, and don't even mention the kit used at the Gary Numan concert in 1980! (not by me I hasten to add, though the money could, and should, have been better spent) :cry:

The only lasting legacy of spending hours sat between a couple of Marshall and HH stacks is the constant grousing from SWMBO when I ask her to turn up the volume on the tv so that I can hear it too... :facepalm:

The trombone player usually, though the drummer is also a sound engineer so has made a living out of being able to find venues.
