A guy down the road has this locked up either outside his house or in town. I think it is an early 91-93 bike but unsure on how rare these are and whether they are valuable? Metal colour looks like titanium. Any Scott boffs out there that can shed some light?

It's an 93 Comp Racing, made of Tange cr-mo steel
I never heard about titanium Scott frame ;)

yeah, wasnt really sure if it was Ti but it looks like it. Is this any good?

well, it's good quality frame and quite lightweigt
Look carefully BB area - I saw few of them cracked there (especially if were used by heavy rider)...

i recently encountered very similar looking scott, magnet does not stick to it, it has xtr groupset. Can it really might be titanium ?

Take a close up pic of the welds. Ti welds have a very characteristic look.

I sold one on here frame and forks for.fifty quid. One of the nicest frames I've seen so lightweight. But was too small. Great quality though.

Was a hard sell. Scotts just aren't popular. Would love a 19-20 inch one of these though.
