19" ar dy feic lugged Mtb (a raleigh K2???)

Picked this up yesterday any ideas? At dy feic was a bike shop in Carmarthen and it is believed that the frame is custom build, steel and lugged most of the bike is original apart from handlebars 'n'barends which look wrong any way

found a frame number B13908 on the on a sticker above bb

80's build but by whom? surely someone recognises the lugs

some more info on this bike which points towards 93/94 build.
ie components that appear original-

Alivio shifter/brakes ST MC11
Alivio rear mech matching.

Sugino Comp super shifter ring and cranks.

front wheel Altus parallax on Rigida turbo 90 rims

not sure but if the plug is to be believed a Kalim stem.

steatpost and front wheel have matching Miche qr's
lord knows but it does have K2 handgrips on
everything is nice and tight to ride though the bike is too small for me.
Is this a Raleigh K2?
oh yes i spotted the BB cable guide has RALEIGH on it???hmm
