I've been having a rummage and a clear up and I found these, now I've never had a frame with horizontal dropouts, all I can think is my friend had a DMR trailstar with such a thing, does anyone recognise these? Once I know what they are they'll be available.

look like the old DMR adapters for the DMR frames which came with horizontal drop outs.

Look pretty much identical to the ones that came with the On-one Gimp frames too.

Plenty of images on line for "chain tugs with derailleur hanger" (which is what they are), but haven't spotted any just like those. Doubt it matters much to a sale!
