The Charity Prize draw is now closed, Winners will be announced shortly, thanks from UK-MTB.com

Yup, you could win a bike for £5 in the UK-MTB Forum Charity Bike Draw.

We have built (from kind forum members donated parts) a retro Specialized Rockhopper & a Specialized Hardrock.

Pics & info here

Donate £5 to our chosen Charities and you will be entered into a prize draw for one of the bikes. The winner gets to chose. The second bike is won by the second winning number drawn.

Just £5 to win a bike :)

Thanks.

The draw will take place at the beginning of March.

You could win a retro Rockhopper or a not-so-retro Hardrock, top spec on both bikes, including XT Easton, Bontrager & Race Face parts.

Come on folks it's only a fiver!

I second that, or we could auction it and give money to charity, all made from donated parts.

Fab idea, let's do it. If there's a site out there that can do this and do it well it's us, right guys?

Actually maybe a raffle is a better way to get more money for charity than an auction, thoughts?

There are certain legal requirements to holding a raffle, hence ours being a prize draw.

The difference being that for every £5 you donate to our charities (via the links) you get a free ticket in our prize draw, rather than a ticket being sold to you & the money going to Charity.

It is quite hard work organizing the build & the parts & the charities to which you will donate (It's taken well over 6 months for uk-mtb.com to finish the project)

I wish you all the best if you do decide to do something similar, but before you do, how about donating a fiver to our charities first ;)
