Where is the damn Trimble and my blue ringle bubbahub. Frustrated now!

Postal service is crud.


Stu - fuquay is off tomorrow. Heathy - xt bits etc off today.

My kestrel sort of turned up yesterday, only been waiting about 3 and a half weeks :evil: , and when I say sort of..................I mean the B*****ds have held it up at customs doddering about adding up the import duty & VAT :evil: :evil: :evil: .

How dare they charge me VAT for a 15 year old bike frame :evil:

Hope they dont sting you for the trimble jez or you is gonna get an extra £££'s big shock :shock:

Yeah well aware of duty issue/kick in the ass. Should be due roughly now then - 3.5 week wait etc.

Just got off phone with the vat/customs people , nice calm speaking lady explained to me why it is perfectly ok for them to charge me for second hand goods .........nice that eh :|

Now I feel so much better about the whole thing :?

Yeah cool - I did ask my chap who was sending it to put a vastly lower insured amount on the frame. Hopefully he has done this...but

Hopefully not if it has indeed got lost...
