Hi all

Went for a bimble up and across to Hull to see a pal, stopped off on the way to see Chrisv40 but he was out, typical.

The bike performed flawlessly. http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=202072

43.96 Miles in 4:01:07 Nice !

In a round about way apparently.
My Wife knows his wife through, I think, the Echoes Charity.
Cerebral Palsy, like my son.

I only live a mile away

And the world gets smaller.

Seriously weird.

My pal bought Chris's DB Topanga a while ago, you'll remember me mentioning him, he's due to come out with us soon, when the DB Topanga is re built, he just dropped me off back in Doncaster and picked up the Raleigh Grifter I got him for £30 heheheheh

Yeah... and that old school, original saddle is gonna go in the bin ! I'm seriously sore after riding on that thing, I'm convinced the sponge has gone altogether. Feels like there's only leather and plastic on there now hehe.

Spent quite a lot of time peddling out of the saddle trying to get the feeling back in my butt !

I looked at the pics and thought 'what a nice bike but that saddle looks a bit dubious'

Then I read:

Seems a long way to go to find out but it looks like you had a good ride and it's still a very nice bike :D
