STRIP AND POLISH OF ANODISED CRANK

Alright folks,

Just a quicky, I am looking to strip a Cooks crank of its red anodising (has been re-anodised in past) and have it polished or chromed.
I'm sure some of you have had some experience of this, so any pointers/suggestions? (who to go to etc.)

Caustic soda will strip all anodising off. Real good job - then use metal polish. Lacquer or polish now and again and that'll do ya.

Cooks logos are etched in. You could produce decals i guess. probably look ok too if subtle enough (laser cut from Gil)

wouldnt heel rub rip any decals off the side of the crank? unless its a wall hanger, in which case it doesnt matter
