Looking good - where on earth did you get the williams engine cover from btw? I'd like an ornament like that in my garage.

Ian, Engine cover came off eBay around 8 years ago... hangs happily in the extension waiting for the kids to bump their heads on the pointy bit... :D :D

Not sure, haven't stripped it yet, the early polishing was done with bike intact as I wanted to ride it...

Will have a look and get back, as I'm curious too!

I have a funny feeling it won't be, as I think it may have been built up from a frame. The guy I bought it off was the second owner and he said he got it from a pro roadie who was given this by the shop who sponsored him as a knockabout runaround...

Any chance I could send you the dodgy shifter to look at? :D

Here is one I did earlier, its a 93 and was completely back to as new spec

Gone now and probably sold off piecemeal, but had great fun doing it and hope you do too
