can anyone tell me from these pictures what this frame is ?
and what value there might be to it.

Ballistic was suggested.

I was eyeing that because I like the rims! Not sure about snowflake both sides on the rear, though I've seen people argue both ways on that.

I've got one of those, I thought originally it was a Coyote but my most recent best guess is it's an Easton Elite though that might just be the tubing rather than the builder.

I've got mine built up with shiny everything, it's dazzling! Though not quite as shiny as the one one Ebay :(

Could it be that the one on ebay is a Coyote Ultralite HT3 or HT4 and cyclinggardener's is an HT5?
