Hi people,
just a retro mountainbiker from Argentina (started in 1991).
Basically searching for different ride sensations, crazy geometries, cantilevers and friction shifters.
Bikes:
1991 Nishiki Manitoba
1993 M800 beaste of the east.
Various alu frames
Conmuters used as mtb as som of my bikes were stolen
Cannondale f800 sx
Cannondale f4000 Team Bon Jovi ( original ultra rare)
Yeti Asr SL 2007. Team colors, carbon rearend, last made in USA. (unriden frame, ready for some crazy project)
M600 (1998)
Another M800 (great shape, stock 24 years later)
Kona Kilauea 1996 being built.
And searching for a 19" RM Altitude 93-96 frame...

Hi everyone, Rich here. Just bought myself a retro kona project for £32.77 on ebay. Cant wait to get stuck into it. First real mountain bike was a GT Tequesta back in 93 and I've been mountain biking ever since. Used to work at Len Raine Cycles in Scarborough in the late 90s when not at uni. Plan for the kona is to take my time and restore it to as new plus upgrades from the exact year. Glad to finally join RB.

Attachments:
File comment: 1996 kona muni mula, all original except wheels, saddle and bar ends.

That's a great first project you have there..... Guarantee it won't be your last either

Prepare yourself for an empty wallet.
