I would think it is a 30.9mm seat post nd 34.9mm front mech .

my 94 steel stumpy takes a 30,4mm, so it would surprise me the M2 would take something as small as a 26,4 really, but if a 27mm does not fit (as in too big), I´d either say 26,8 or 26,4, but that would be pushing it.
