they are brake cable guides for a pace rc100, they don't make them anymore. they are fixed along the top tube.

Wow.... amazing skills man!! It's a relief that there are still talented people out there that can do stuff like this :shock:

Have you thought about commissioning bikes to order? I'm sure most people on here would love a mini-me replica of their fave MTB. I'm just imagining a scaled down '91 Klein Attitude and how flippin' awesome it would look 8)
