Like many members I'm sure that finding the RB site was just the beginning!

A bit over two (now six!) years ago I was searching the 'web for an old Kona to use as a run-a-bout.

I stumbled upon RB and the rest is history :) I'm very glad that I did find the site as during my continued ill health it has given me something to focus on and occupy my time. I have also made new friends, some of which I've even met!

In that short space of time my "old Kona run-a-bout" has been just the tip of the iceberg. I am sure many members have built far more bikes than me, but the ones below are what I've managed so far.

I hope I will remain well enough to continue......

I already had these two...

The Saracen unfortunately sold before I realised what I had :(

The "old Kona run-a-bout" that kinda set me on the slippery slope

The expenditure starts to 'ramp-up' Frame purchased from my first RB buddy. I've since been to his son's first birthday and invited to his wedding :)

My next purchase was a Dave Lloyd Cats Wiskas, one I sold on too quickly, hence no pics

Having had a '93 version 'bitd' I couldn't resist when I spotted the frame below on ebay :)

I would have loved to keep many of the bikes above, but with no income and therefore working with a finite 'pot' if I want to build something else then they have to be sold on, probably just as well as the 'cave' would soon become overcrowded ;)

Thanks to anyone who's helped me out with parts/advice etc :) and thanks to those RBers I now call friends who have encouraged me, bought and sold with me, had cuppas with me and even got me to do work for them :D

Links in my sig to builds if you'd like to peruse more pics etc ;)

Cheers
wad

Too many bikes. You need to send some out on loan to make some space.

I don't mind looking after the Yeti for you.

I'll even collect.

A nice portfol,io there Martin!
Whatever it is that ails you, I hope you're just waiting for the "Patient Pathway Co-ordinator", or whatever, to call you in to fix it.
It seems like you afternoon nap is starting to mess your sleep patterns up...

I should have maybe been clearer, I don't own them all now, most are previous builds ;) mind you I do still have the Yeti :D might be for sale though sometime.

The links in my sig are headed 'current' and 'previous' ;) :)
