I am now going to order the quick releses and headset spacers to match.

I've got a couple of HS spacers, 1 1/8" NIP in the blue grey if the'yre any good.

OOps! I think they're X Lite not Hope, I'll have to check Got the A Head cap adjuster thang too I think? :?

Yup.
Two X 5mm
That is a lovely bike BTW. I always hankered after one, it was a toss up between a Pace and a Zaskar.
The GT won 'cos of durability worries. Still think they are one of the coolest Alloy frames around though
