Yes, sure it will be fine.

I think it will suit a rack etc, its certainly not a particularly sporty offroad style frame, so I hope you can put it to some good use.

A small resurrection....has been and continues to be put to good use, the frame being the heart of what I'm sure will be my last bicycle. And, being entirely fit for purpose, it is actually one of the best (of over 50) bikes that have passed through here in last 10-12 years.
