klein cable routing ?

hi,
if one of my internal plastic cable guides are not attached to the cable stop on the inside of the frame. is there anyway to re-attach it, or should i just route the inner and then run the cable sleeve up over it untill it hits the stop.
im just a little concerned that the cable could start to ware through the frame if the plastic sleeve doesnt stay in the right place.
any advice anyone ?

If the plastic sleeve is the right length covers all the inner - then I can't see it effecting the frame. My old Klein had a plastic sleeve that you could pull out- sometimes I had to use a powerful magnet to help with cable threading.

no not yet, but it will i promise !!!
when it does i will post full pictures up on this forum, im hoping to get it done before christmas but we will see depending on work and how much my tax bill in january amounts to !!!

If the flared end of the liner is worn down and slips into the frame, you can renew the flared end by heating up a nail and using that to re-flare the end of the liner so it won't slip back into the frame.
