Just picked up not even cleaned yet - I would like to put some suspension forks on that would be authentic and I have seen Judys on later models.
I can't find the full spec for this one which i think is 91-93.
Any help appreciated

Regards
Longbeech

that looks like one of the first to me. A mate had one and it had M2 metal matrix alloy on the chainstay in that military stencil typeface taht the A-Team used!

if that helps.

Was this colour/ decal colour too.

Must've been about 1991.

I've never seen that kind of a "Team Edition M2" logo in the bikes. The small logos are normally found on chainstays, like Wu-Tangled said.

This seems to be 1992 or 1993 since there are "S-Works" logos on bike and S-Works was available from 1992.

The 'Duralcan' logo seems to be replaced on yours...

if the decals look more metallic gold in bright sunlight (than yellow) then they're 1 of the original first 500. nice :D

I think 95... simply b/c of the Judys and the decals...

Oh, and sorry if I stole this thread.

No problems ameybrook - will check the decals in the morning.
Cleaned it up a bit and put some air in the tyres and took it for a spin ---- still smiling 2 hours later ---beautiful.
What forks are on your machine? Ive got some direct drive cromos but would like some suspension.
