gotta disagree there. serrotta didnt really"buy them out" they joined forces with serrotta (they also left serrotta a few years later).
I've got about 15pages worth of potted FAT history from wendyl. theres no 1 reason why FAT closed shop (yes they choose to close & didnt go bust!), just a series of reasons spread out over the years.
FAT is still badly missed.
