I'm considering setting up one of my bikes for the winter commute. Which do peeps think are the best 26 inch slicks out there?

tioga city slicker 2's here, 1.5 size (i bought them a few years ago when i was feeling less brave than i am today)

one of them has a flat spot where i mounted it on a dinged rim, where whenever the brakes locked, it was always in one spot.
