Decent LBS in Liverpool

Looking for a decent LBS, back in the day i used to goto Formby Cycles, Pete Mathews (closed), Quinns, Harry Middleton, after that it was mail order only. Havent been near Formby in years and my dealings with Quinns has been buying bikes for me kids at xmas, went in the other day and wasnt impressed either, prices have gone up due to expansion of store. I did used to goto a place in Southport think it was on Cable Street but cant remember what it was called or if it is still there, also went to a place on Bold Street Liverpool thats no longer there was a outdoor camping shop and the downstairs was a bike centre

Ones i went to and didnt like was the likes of rose lan and bike king but in my time things might have changed anyone got any ideas or suggestions
