Hola,

Im after a new BB for a small project and would like to use my old Cooks, Im not sure of the model name, they are the older dog bone ones though, Im pretty sure I need a 122 axle - can anyone confirm please??

Ta, theboy

On my Klein they needed a 127 if my aging memory hasn't failed me

I've got a 133mm mavic somewhere for the john wayne effect

I had a 'Actiontec' ti axle for my cooks and could feel the axle flex when really pedaling hard. a little bit un-nerving

If you're using compact chainrings (less chance of fouling the chainstays) you can get away with a 122mm (got that on my seven), but as everyone says 127mm is the best option.
