Could someone please tell me what's the difference between Deore (DX) SL-MT62 and Deore XT (SL-M732) thumbshifters except for the clamp design ? The Deore version's claimed weight is 113g and XT's 191g.

AFAIK, it's only the Top Cap and Clamp. The Thumbie itself is the same.

EDIT: That 113g for DX must be a typo, they weigh 213g.
