advice needed for drilling out

I need to drill out one water bottle bolt. I tried to remove it by using a hack and sawing cross it and using a flat head screw driver But the metal is to soft. So next drill it out. It was a 3mm hez taper head. I will replace it with a standard 4mm hez bolt(in black)

easy outs

if you want to do it properly without damaging the frame get a set of easy outs/screw extractors. first you drill a small hole in the bolt , carefully, then use the easy outs which have a slight left hand thread to them which as your turning them into the hole you have previously drilled, force the said bolt out. having said that you will need a very small set of easy outs to do this.
