After some success at servicing my Rockshox and Marzocchi forks, I'm on a bit of a roll and want to give my Astro-5 rear shock a go next.

How easy is it to service? Anything I need to watch out for? What weight oil should I use (I am 13st or 185lbs approx)?

Any help appreciated. It's one of these: http://www.risseracing.com/airshocks.shtml

I'd have a word with CVI, they can service it pretty quick:

Cheers, but far as I know they went bust 18 months ago... guess the website hasn't been taken down yet :(

Shoot an email to the guys are Risse. They're a good bunch. I'm sure they'd be happy to answer all you questions.
