Ringle seat collar/seat QR info wanted

I have a set of Ringle 'holey' ti QRs in pewter and want to find a matching seat QR. Are these available seperately from the seat post collar they made? It's for a steel frame with built in lugs for a seat bolt/QR to tighten against. Would the QR from a collar work minus the collar on this setup? I'll post a wanted add once I find out if it'll work!
