After finally finishing the re-build of my Bontrager, I have to say I LOVE it! Took over 3 months to do it, but with a lot of help....Got there in the end....haven't got back on my Rocky since (but will do!) 8)

Would love to see other people's Bontrager's too, there must be loads of Bonty fans out there....so this is your chance to show the world how cool they really are..... :D

Surely we don't need to convince the rest of the world how cool Bontragers are?!?! I had a red Race Lite a few years ago and it was one of those bikes you throw and leg over and it just fits. I would say the qualtiy of a Bontrager is above that of a Cotic though. In fact i would compare it to the quality of DeKerf no problem and you can pick them up for buttons compared to some other more sought after steel hardtails

No definately - I hope not! Have you got any pics of yours that you could post? Be great to see it.

I agree about the quality - Made in the Far East compared with Keith Bontrager - there is no comparison really is there?!?! Good effort by Cotic though. I'm just glad I took this route! :P

Nice build indeed. Are those the decals from fast decals on "evil bay"? They seem a bit short in length?

Oh, and you look very fit! :D

Ok, I said it!

The whole bike to build, ready to go, cost me less money than it would have done if I had bought a modern Cotic frame on its own!

That's the great thing about Retrobikes 8)

Very nice bike BTW
