Is someone knows this mark or this bike : ALPHA
sandvik titanium made, made in canada, and I think around end of 80ies or early 90ies (beacuse the rear U brake)

beautiful bike, bizarrely I want the frame pad (that's not been put on correctly) for my cross bike, can't find a decent one of those anywhere today!

Looks a bit bent but I think it's one of those ones that takes a big supermarket bottle of mineral water - think they're called PET cages, but I may be wrong..

sorry for the fork and seatpost…
A friend from the french oldschool forum will give me this bike soon…
But some items were being sold to other forumers….
He told the question in France about this bike and its mark "alpha".
I try in the GB forum :D

Before France, this bike had travelled in swisszerland !
Evian is not far :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
But the fram was welded in canada… I think, it's one of the first mountain bike built in titanium…
I don't remember titanium mtb bike before 1990 : the first Merlin, designed by Jo Murray were built in the end of the 80ies… But, i'm not sure…
