Hi,
first time on the forum, and I'm already asking for help!
Has anyone set up a Pace RC36 evo fork with a Hope C2 brake? I think I should have everything I need (fork, brake, special adaptor for fork) but as the adaptor seems to sit inside the dropouts there isn't enough room for a wheel to go in. This is making cross country rides very challenging, but I am getting a lot of practise doing wheelies. Do I need a special hub? Can I make some special adjustments to make it happen?
Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated - I've been working on this project for so long, and would love to see it completed asap and actually ride the bike!
Cheers,
Ged

Yup; you need a hub with the offset spindle to allow the caliper extension bracket to sit inside the left hand dropout

Oh, and be very careful when fitting clamp around the carbon; oppose the slots in the bracket and shim and dont do bolts up much more than 2.5Nm.
i will try to check wether the hub is a special or just a converted standard :D

Cheers! This would explain why I've had problems - I can see i'm going to have to spend even more on this project!
Thanks for taking the time to help,
Ged
