Orange Seat post size

Just a quick one...

Can someone confirm the seat post size for a circa 92 Orange Aluminium O?

I suspect it may be 27.2mm but without clamping one in hard it seems a little on the loose size and I'm not aware of Orange using any oddball size.

They don't have specs for '92 on the website:

but several bikes are listed as 27.2 + shim.

I noticed the same thing on the website. If a shim was involved it looks like it would have been a very thin one with a 27.2mm post or used a thinner post.

I think I'll put a clamp on and test how well it does up on a 27.2 post and evaluate it from there. All could be fine, the tolerances may just be a bit wider than I'm used to.

Unfortunately the '92 catalogue doesn't have frame tech-specs.
