I seem to have a bit of an e-stay fetish at the moment. At the beginning of June I had none and now have 3

Anyway the latest a Proflex 552 needs a new seat post. A previous owner has taken the novel approach of machining ( I use that term in the loosest sense of the word ) an oversized seat post down with an angle grinder it would appear. A quick search doesn't seem to yield any particularly accurate results as to what the seat post size should be. I measured it with my cheapo vernier at about 28mm but does anyone have one they could check or know for certain what the size should be.

Thanks in advance.
