The headshock on my recently acquired F700 has no boing whatsoever.
Are they a pig to rebuild?
Are parts available?

Are parts still available? Or anything that would work
I could fit reducer cups and go rigid.....but i like a little bit of bounce!!

There was a Tech at Edinburgh Bicycle, in Alvanley Terrace, who had the castle tools for them, I'm not sure if he/they are still there.

I'm a long way off having the time to start on mine, so any findings would be pilfered unashamedly!

Cannondale never sold the required tools to the public so they are hard/expensive to source.

Also the x4 needle bearings strips are all different thicknesses..you will need a micrometer to order the right ones. :? They vary by a few thousands of an inch !
