Took this old relic out on Sunday and didn't die.

It rode pretty great actually!

I know the opening post said no chat, but I found and scanned these two as "the spirit of mountain biking" and they're from the past so it's retro, so to speak.
This one here is of my old biking friend Paul Bourne, on the face of the North Downs as we tried to ride an off-road pilgrimage to Canterbury. Ride all day as off road as possible and get whatever train home, however late.

We got somewhere over the A249 when we realised we weren't going to succeed so dived down to Maidstone, only to find there was a strike on Network South-East. Time for a long road ride home. God bless triple chainsets and high gearing.
