frame identification - help, please

This is misleading. Someone sprayed the frame with a low-quality reflective paint and covered it with stickers "like" Heavy tools. The Laser was one of the H. Tools models.

It’s a possibility that’s the original color. I have a late 1980’s neon yellow frame... the color on mine was faded and dingy. A little wet sanding will remove it. I have no idea on the stickers, but the faded name burnt on the top tube might be a clue.

Thought did cross my mind too.

Patina looks about right...
 
Damn it, I wonder which garage this frame has been robbed of!
They designed details differently in Heavy Tools. It doesn't carry their handwriting... ...with the exception of the head tube - only few frames have those collars.
