Cannondale force 40 spares

Hi I am after a coil spring cup for my force 40 cantis - one of the plastic ones is cracked and rendered it useless. an alloy version would have been much better.

does anyone have one or know where I can get one?

anyway they say a picture says a thousand words so here is the broken plastic spring cup/holder that I need

Also any ideas of alternative things that I can use in place of it.

That's the spring cover of some coda/dia compe 986 cantilevers.... They always break.
