Bikes where seatstays meet seat tube below the top tube

Senior Retro Guru
For a project I need a steel frame where the seat stays meet the seat tube below the level of the top tube.

Like a modern Giant revolt.

Kinda a like a GT but with the stays stopping at the seat tube.

I know you lot like a challenge - any ideas?

Good.... i need a bit more space there between stays meeting and top tube, maybe an inch.
