Not seen one before, apparently imported from the US.

And I know in the USA they have the brakes on the "wrong way around", but these are actually fitted the wrong way around...

I'm not familiar with this model, but it doesn't look anything particularly exciting tbh.
 
Quick Google brings up a bit of info, produced approx 1998-early 2000's I think.
No disc tab on the frame points to it being late 90's?
Aluminium frame, various spec levels, solid mid-range bike from the looks of it.
