Hi,
As a side note, the first Hope skewer appeared in the News & New Stuff section of MBUK in October 1996. They were same as the ones in the pic below.

As a side note to your side note :) , the first skewers were released in '93

Okay so we have..
*Edit

-First hope ti glide hub with ti cassette carrier nds bearing exposed 1992
-First hope titanium front hub with skinny tube. Flanges are chunkier than later versions 1992?
-Splined version ti glide for lighter disk hub 1993
-titanium rear hub with screw on freewheel 1993
-Hope suspension still using the grub screw design 1994
-Hope fatso 1994
-Hope ultralight 1994

Blanks which need filling...

Year that hope switched from the grub screw caps to the o ring type
Year that the sticker changed from the 'hope technology' to the black and green oval logo
First ti disk hubs with centre lock ring
Year the second bulge appeared in the rear hub
Year of discontinuation

I'm sure there are more things I've missed..?

should move this up to the first post so its easier to find, and maybe put the year first so its easier to reference :)

And the bulb hub was released in 2000 so i should imagine the Ti hubs ran until then?

Re: Timeline of hope titanium hubs...?

As far as i know the first QR's were the same as the ones in the pic, with the machined out Hope down the levers and the ball end. They then stopped doing the Hope like that but kept the ball ends. There is a pic somewhere of the QR's lined up, will try to find it.

The splines are for the spider to sit on, the lock ring holds the spider on :)

Re:

Where you have ultralight and superlight they should be just Lightweight.
This is what the no name became (I have one)

The Ultralight came out at the same time but was a road hub and much skinnier. (also the Radial too)

I still don't think the Ti-Glide came out till. 1994ish, before.

There is an earlier(?) version that didn't have the Ti freehub body.
(I have one with either a thin steel or aluminium freehub body, ery early one.) aka I can't test for steel due to bearing and the shell dents like Aluminium.

Still bring out a freehub before a front hub seems odd.

Someone needs to scour Mags for that time though
