Converting a Shimano BB from 68mm to 73mm

Is the only difference between the two being that the cartridge threads are longer on the non drive side so if I can find a longer cartridge I can convert a 68mm to a 73mm? Thanks in advance. Seems to be many 68mm bottom brackets on the market but not as many 73mm.

Any help much appreciated

It's 2.5mm on each side, not 5mm wholly on the drive side.

It's more for the future as I have LX m570 Octalink V2 cranks but no BB, and can see they are available but not made in Japan ones. It would be 73x121 LX ideally 51 model.

I've never seen a m570 Octalink crankset sold with a 73mm bb?
