Looking for a 22•2 to 31•8 shim, looked all over, anyone know where I can get one?

I had my mate make me one, here's a link to his ebay profile,

He doesn't have them listed on ebay but there are some Thule roof rack adapters he's made on there so you can see his workmanship.

I can't remember what he charged me but it was definitely less than shipping one over from the US would have been.
