Difference between m737 and LX hubs?

Wondering if it's worth the effort rebuilding a set of wheels currently fitted with LX parallax hubs, with a set of xt ones.

Aside from matching the intended build groupset, and the course difference (LX are black, xt are silver), is there much difference between the two hubs making the effort of a rebuild worthwhile?

LX are heavier.

I seem to remember them being described as XT were the best quality overall, with XTR being lighter, the 'R' standing for racing, but not the proposed lifespan of XT. LX were the harder wearing version.

Undervalued in my humble.

Re:

Yes heavier, more durable.

I think it was mainly down to the axles,

XTR - Alloy front, Ti rear

XT - Alloy front, steel rear

LX - Steel, steel

Also think that XTR/XT had stainless bearings.

Slightly different freehub bodies too. The XT are prone to failing. LX tends to last for ever, ever, ever
