Help with editing a photo for color mock-up

Anyone here willing and able to change a frame color with a photo editing software tool. I don’t have photoshop and my design and technical skills leave a lot to be desired. I’m trying to change the color of a frame and fork in an existing pic to see how the color combination works. I’ll gladly pay someone for their time or throw a nice part your way. Let me know and I’ll forward the image and color details.

There's a good free app called gimp (I know that's not something you generally want to Google as a term on its own). It works like Photoshop and you'll be able to do what you need.
