I think I need to get the frame chemically dipped to remove the paint, the nitromors is not removing it, anyone have a recommendation for the Nottingham/Derby area?

Looking in the daylight, my frame is not painted, it looks like powder/plastic coating, not sure how to remove it?

I once resprayed a kids tricycle which had pastic paint coat on it.
WOORRSSTT thing to get off EVER,I nearly resorted to dynamite..... used angle grinder with wire brush in the end to take it to bar metal.

PS Nitromors is pants and doesn't work anymore (sadly..).
