Me again (and probably wrong room again.... these Newbies  ).

My last set of Chinese cree whatever LED bike lights died and although its getting lighter still need some serious searchlight power (live in the country - no street lights). Looking for a rechargeable front light bright enough for pitch black. Won't be nighttime off-roading (tho the pot-holes round here would qualify for that.....).

What is the current favourite £20-£30 option.

same old stuff from the China is getting better and better. I got these for 99p and postage a while ago and cant fault them. I use two at the front if its not a ride that needs daylight.

These are great on the forks but can be found cheapererer

And I've been using these for about 6 years now without much issue other than where to strap the battery

Cheers LGF, I'm liking the 1st two (particularly the fork ones).

Had the 3rd one and puts out a lot of light but and it's not very waterproof (which is probably what killed it). Also had a nasty habit of just dieing when battery ran down with no warning. Was wondering about similar ones with 2 or 3 lights on them (it's REALLY dark where I live).
