judy elastomer to spring convertion

all of the elastomer sections on my ar shot they have all crumbled
I do have 3 pairs of indys and some other forks I can take the springs out of

Post up which Judy it is,but spring conversion is generally easy.
The 95/96 forks a bit harder as it's something a squeeze to get the spring into the top cap (often a 6" long spring and a solid spacer can be used (or harder block elastomers that may hold up).
