Need some info about bastard Yeti arc as lt (Schwinn)

They came with a funky offset seatpost that I can’t remember the name of right now – it had an S bend toward the top of the post to provide about 3cm of setback.

Okay, here it is.. A Raw unfinished Arc As Lt front triangle.. :) this is the bike I would look at in my yeti catalog and dream about.. Now to get it rideable :)

Me too - exactly what the site is all about IMO.

Hi Kaos,

did you ever built the bike.

I was reading through this thread, hoping to learn more on my latest buy.
Looks like the same story, only mine is based on an ARC AS.
It does however have an LT shock... so looks a little strange.

cheers
Jeroen

Re:

Took some picture last night.

Yes, it has some yeti decals! not sure at what point in time they were applied.
I would be great to learn a bit more on the history this frame too. As both the AS/LT and this AS
are pretty different in a lot of the details, but yet very similar to the Yeti's

Thanks for any input

Jeroen

(PS: I hope, I do not offend anyone by using this thread. I think any information will benefit on knowledge about both frame)

Hi jeroen..
This is not a yeti frame.. there is another thread somewhere on here about this exact frame, but from what I remember it was a company that was based out of Seattle and this is a copycat soft tail. I'll see if I can post a link..

Re:

Sadly i'm not using retrobike that much anymore.

Looked like this two years ago. I still got it and did an upgrade with ringle stem, headset and a yellow judy sl fork.
It's a nice ride, but it feels more heavy then an arc as lt (real deal).

Looks great!
And even with the upgrades you mentioned it will even look better.

Also very cool to read that you actually ride it ;-)

Cheers
Jeroen
