Covers you can do, especially the Shimano undercovers as I've seen it done and part printed one myself.
Grips though, they Kraton normally, I think that's a mix of stuff.
So probably not, but look what materials they can print and if so, then yes.

maybe the thing to do would be to create 3d printed moulds for forming rubber in for the grips?
