What are my choices for hubs with an O.L.D of 126mm? :?:
I had planned to build-up my 1990 Muddy Fox Adventurer with factory spec parts, but having found that the factory spec stuff was so low end, I can't source decent enough parts for the job.
So I figured I'd go higher end and was set on going for an XC Pro group, but the rear hubs are only available in 135mm O.L.D., and therefore simply won't fit the frame - even if I get the frame opened up a bit (I should be able to get the frame cold set to 130mm, but no more - according to my very trusted bike mechanic). :|
So which 1990 / period group would have a suitably narrow rear hub? Quite fancy an all black Shimano XT group if it'll work...
